Question

I would like to hire your facilities on a regular basis, how do I enquire?

Please keep in mind that as a regular hirer we can support you to expand your business!

All hires require a booking form to be completed, this can be either an electronic or physical copy. You can request your copy at reception or by emailing: reception@danburyleisurecentre.org.uk

Please check with a member of our team if your time and date is available before requesting a booking form.

You must factor in the set-up and clean-down time as part of your booking.

Answer 4

Anyone can hire our facilities. Our venue is great for parties, events, quiz’s, inflatable sessions and much more!

As part of the hire, tables and chairs are provided as well as access to the kitchen area.

We have plenty of toilet’s available for use, including disabled.

Our main reception is a disabled access. Disabled access to our Sports Hall is through the Mayes Lane car park. For further information please speak to a member of our team.

There are 2 car parks adjacent to the Leisure Centre.

As of February 2025, the car parks are managed by Ocean Parking.

Please note the following conditions of use:

If you are using the Leisure Centre facilities and plan to stay more than 2 hours or past 10pm, simply register your vehicle registration on the tablets provided at reception. This allows you to stay until 11:59pm without any penalties.
Reduced restrictions apply to parking during weekends and bank holidays.
All other times remain subject to standard enforcement as per signage and Ocean Parking policy.
Users are responsible for checking local signage for specific rules, durations, and any applicable charges.

Heating and air conditioning is available throughout our building.

Music can be played in all of our halls. We also have music systems which can play through CD, Bluetooth or aux.

If you haven’t been to the Leisure Centre before, we encourage you to come and have a look around before deciding to hire. Please get in touch to book a slot when our facilities are free.
